What is included in the Grey Structure Package?
Excavation & Footing
Deep soil excavation, anti-termite treatment, and double-mesh footing for stability.
RCC Framework
Columns, Beams, and Roof Slabs cast with M20/M25 grade machine-mixed concrete.
Brickwork
Red Brick (Class A) or Fly Ash masonry with strict vertical alignment (plumb check).
Plastering
Double coat external plaster and smooth internal plaster with chicken mesh at joints.

Layout & Excavation
Marking the plot according to Naksha Ghar's plan. Excavating soil for foundation footings.

Erecting columns and casting the roof slab using shuttering and vibration machines.
Masonry & Curing
Brick walls are raised. Continuous water curing for 21 days to ensure concrete strength.
